FAQ

Orders:
Please place the items you wish to purchase into the Shopping Cart; this will calculate the total cost. You will then have an opportunity to review your order before confirming the purchase.
We endeavour to process and dispatch your order within 2 working days.
       
Payment:
We currently accept all major credit and debit cards including American Express through Paypal.
We are unable to accept cheques and postal orders.

Deliveries:
Inside the UK: You will generally receive your order within 3-5 working days. Region 1 DVDs are dispatched from our US warehouse, and will take up to 15 working days.
Outside the UK: You will generally receive your order within 14 days.
You will receive a confirmation email when your item has been sent.
All products are sent from the UK, except for region 1 DVDs, which are dispatched from our US warehouse.

Loss / Delays:
Inside the UK: Please allow up to 15 working days, to account for any postal delays. Please allow up to 30 days to account for any postage delays when purchasing region 1 DVDs.
Outside the UK: Please allow up to 30 days to account for any postal delays.
If your order has failed to arrive after this time, please contact us, and we will investigate further.

Customs and import charges:
Customs or import duties are paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and they vary from country to country.
You may wish to contact your local customs office for current charges before you place your order with us.

Returns:
We apologise if you receive incorrect or faulty goods.
In order to make a return, please follow these steps:
·        Email us with details of order number, the item you are returning and the reason for return. We will issue you with a returns authorisation number and the return address.
·        Pack the item securely and include your order number, authorisation number, and whether a replacement or refund is required.
·        Include a full description of why you are returning the item. A faulty item must have a full description of what the fault is.
·        We recommend that you obtain proof of postage from the post office. Proof of postage is free and covers you for the item on its return back to us.
We cannot exchange for an alternative item.
We cannot offer a refund or replacement unless the item is damaged or defective, or you have received the incorrect item.
Please note that goods must be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery.
We test every returned item, and will not refund postage for items found to be in good working order. An unplayable disc qualifies as faulty; a disc with minor scratches can usually be played and is not qualified as damaged.
We are not responsible for incompatibilities caused by DVD players that have been modified to disable regional encoding.
